Are the grills charcoal-powered?

Yes. Our grills are designed for charcoal or charcoal briquettes. Please always refer to the instructions in the respective product and operating manual.

Can I use the grill indoors?

No. Charcoal grills must only be used outdoors and at a sufficient distance from flammable objects. Never use the grill in enclosed spaces, tents, vehicles, or garages.

What makes these grills special?

The models are compact, portable, and quick to set up. Depending on the model, they can be folded or transported in a space-saving manner.

Are the grills stable?

Yes. Nevertheless, always set up the grill completely unfolded on a level, firm, and fire-resistant surface.

How quickly can the grill be set up?

Most models are ready for use within a few minutes. Before lighting, check that all parts are securely locked and stably positioned.

How do I clean my grill?

Allow the grill and ash to cool completely. Then remove the ash and clean the grill grate and surfaces according to the operating instructions. Only store the grill again when all parts are clean and dry.

Can I take the grill with me when traveling?

Yes. The compact models are well suited for camping, picnics, and excursions. Always observe the applicable grilling and fire safety rules on site.

Are there different sizes?

Yes. We offer different sizes and designs for various purposes and group sizes.

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. For international deliveries, it is typically 7–14 business days.
